well its drag racin not rules racen--i know its there to keep it fare but rules kill it for some,not enougf money kills it for some,and not having fun kills it,so one race to fill the void-and if its advertized good it may be a big race--like the nastalga race did.(good for the track).

Bracket racers trying to index race is like Index racers trying to bracket race here is an ideal Make it an index 8.0 -7.0- 6.  Who cares but on the tree only do a pre stage then stag THEM right to green no ambers BOXES ARE FOR AARP members or pussys about the same. I believe the guy that won the 650 class at the valley also finished 2nd in Pro, if you can break out its a bracket race.. |

Boxes are'nt for pussies you just have to have a set of GO-NADS to know how to use one, this is what makes it so hard to WIN in Bracket 1, somebody has always got a bigger set of NADS on any given Night !!!!The people that think that about Boxes just don't know what Delay Boxes are all about. I am still getting lessons on these things after 30 plus years of racing. But I have given afew aswell!!!!!

First Outlaw race at the Burg, Team Hodges were #1 Qualifier in 6:50 and also the First ones out, Marv got served a .018 light off the starting line by Dutch Bogart, we had nothing for him but a 6:492 break out at the Finish Line. But Being #1 Qual. at the first race was great anything else would just have been a BONUS. Not to bad for the First Time out with another new car for us. We had 8 6.50 cars and 9 7.50 cars, i think there where 5 8.5 cars there and one 10.5 that made the Show. We met some new Friends at the track this weekend Possibly some new racers. Next weekend Team Hodges will be bringing out the Malibu that will make a great INDEX car Proven WINNER On a 5:50 Index. If we haven't messed it up over the winter it should still run in the 5.40s range. Made afew changes to it and hope that is was for the best. I guess we will know after FRIDAY night. I am going to try and Get afew extra Index classes started for the Burg at the Outlaw Races. 5:50 - 6:00. This should get several cars envoled because there is a load of cars that can Run the 6:00s and 5:90s and we have 3 of them and 1 5:50 index car. If you would like to play with us in any of these classes let me know and I will do my best to get it going. Looks like INDEX is where it is at right now, I think I can get several $$$$ up for us to race for but I need race cars not just one or two, Get me some cars and I will get the $$$$$. I will post up some dates I would like to try this out, all you other fellas and Gals get us some racers and Contact me VIA ph. or here. Thanks Kenny G.

Looks like the 6:00 Index is going to be Big at the Burg, Vega is back Together and ready for the track. We are probably going to take 2 Malibus this weekend, 1 for Quick 8 and 1 for Bracket One. I think Greg is going to Tackle the Black Car this weekend.
